How can I add Widgets to Pages?
There are two ways to a new widget to your Wix site
(a) Use the WIZARD - this will allow you to pick the widget you want and configure it with filter options.
The last step adds to Wix - but it always adds to your actual "home page", so you then need to "cut" and then "paste" it to the page you want it.

(b) Use the "Add Ons" menu item shown in the Settings panel for a Widget. With this method, you have to specify the page you want the widget to be added to - it does not automatically add to the current page. You will then need to use the Wizard to create a filter

Once a widget has been added you can also COPY and PASTE to add elsewhere (and then adjust the filter etc)
Can I add more Widgets to the /listing-results and /listing-details pages?
These pages are important foundation pages that enable the Buying Buddy App to work.
These pages can be edited - e.g. add a title, content etc., but you should not edit or change the widgets, and you should not add more widgets.
Can I delete Pages and Widgets that are not needed?
The initial 7 pages that are added by the Buying Buddy app cannot be deleted. There are 3 Foundation pages (results, details and market-reports) and 4 additional example pages.
These pages can be identified in the Editor's Page drop-down menu of pages. See pages listed under the heading of "Buying Buddy IDX CRM".
If you do not want these pages then you can remove them from the menu.
If you try to delete App-created pages and the core components, you will be prompted to delete the entire App.
Why am I being required to login to Buying Buddy from my Wix Dashboard?
This situation can occur when you try to use the Widget Wizard button on the Buying Buddy Wix dashboard.
Additionally, you will find that the login function doesn't actually log you in.

This occurs because 3rd party cookies have been blocked in your browser's Privacy and Security settings.

Buying Buddy Wix Dashboard uses 3rd party cookies from the "www.leadsandcontacts.com" domain, and these must be allowed.
These options are typically managed in "Privacy and Security" settings for our browser.
You can either allow all 3rd party cookies, or just allow 3rd party cookies for our domain "www.leadsandcontacts.com" as an exception.
Why is the Site Menu not showing on Buying Buddy pages?
This can occur if you change the Layout settings for your website pages to be "No header & footer". See this Wix Support article https://support.wix.com/en/article/wix-editor-menu-issues
Selected criteria on the search form are not being applied to results
If you see that the criteria and values you are selecting on the search form are not being shown as "selected criteria" on the results view, then you'll need to to turn off the Cookie consent banner.
This is a Wix settings feature. From your Wix dashboard, go to Settings in the left menu and then "Privacy and cookies".
Make sure that "Display a cookie consent banner" is turned off / disabled.
You will then need to clear your browser cache.
