Buying Buddy's demo MLS contains a number of fictitious properties based in Colorado.
The data is completely fictional!
The purpose of the demonstration MLS is allow you to experience the various functions of Buying Buddy widgets.
Consequently, the attributes for properties may be different from those expected.
For example, a property may be classified as Industrial but may display a traditional single-family home.
This data set contains 2,405 active (For Sale) properties.
Search for properties using any of these common criteria:

Using the Demo MLS
For new accounts, Buying Buddy widgets will display the Demo MLS if there is no licenses IDX feed on the account.
When an IDX license is added to your account, it will replace the Demo MLS
To specify the Demo MLS use "mls_id:demo" in a filter.
Upgrading to Live MLS Feed
When converting from the Demo MLS to a live MLS, please note the following.
Widget Filters
If you applied any widget filters to any widgets or any custom search links, you need to check these for the following:
- mls_id:demo
If this has been used in any widget, change the value to the mls_id of your live feed. Your live mls_id will be shown on the authorized domain in your Buying Buddy dashboard (Go to Websites & Widgets > Authorized Domains) - MLS criteria filter options.
If you applied filters that use any MLS criteria, then you should recreate the new filter using the Buying Buddy Wizards to ensure that any filter names and values are correct for your MLS.
