There are multiple ways to provide a tailored search experience on your website.
Search Links (easy - use the Wizard)
- These links go directly to show results based on the filter criteria specified.

Preset Search Form (easy - use the Wizard)
- This is a good option for when a search form fits as part of a neighborhood or niche set of pages, each with specific pre-set criteria. You'll have multiple pages each with a search form having a custom filter applied.
- The search form can be adjusted by applying criteria in filters. When a filter is applied, it will preset criteria on the search form.

- This is a great way to accommodate many scenarios where you want to give users a flexible search experience but pre-apply specialized or obscure local MLS criteria.
