Setting Up Lead Manager Users

This guide helps you set up and manage Lead Manager users for your team. Lead Managers have full CRM access and can be granted additional administrative permissions based on their role.

Pricing Structure

Base Account

Multi-user account ($77/month) includes:

  • 2 Lead Manager users
  • Full CRM functionality
  • Basic administrative tools

Additional Users

Cost per additional Lead Manager:

  • 1-4 users: $17/month each
  • 5-9 users: $14/month each
  • Higher levels available

Setting Up Lead Managers

Adding a New Lead Manager

  1. Go to My Account > Users
  2. Click "Add New User"
  3. Fill in required information:
    • Name
    • Email
    • Contact details
    • MLS ID (if applicable)
  4. Select "Lead Manager" as Service Level
  5. Set optional administrative permissions
  6. Click Save

Configuring Permissions

  1. Access user profile
  2. Select "Admin Settings" tab
  3. Choose from available permissions:
    • Account lead visibility
    • Report access
    • Campaign management
    • System configuration
    • User management
  4. Save changes
