Setting Up Lead Managers
Adding a New Lead Manager
- Go to My Account > Users
- Click "Add New User"
- Fill in required information:
- Name
- Contact details
- MLS ID (if applicable)
- Select "Lead Manager" as Service Level
- Set optional administrative permissions
- Click Save
Configuring Permissions
- Access user profile
- Select "Admin Settings" tab
- Choose from available permissions:
- Account lead visibility
