Your Buying Buddy account includes a personal Dashboard Embed Key that lets you display Buying Buddy Dashboard pages inside another platform - such as HighLevel, Wix, or any site that supports iframes - without requiring a separate login. The dashboard loads securely using your unique key, so each agent sees their own private dashboard.
One key, all pages: The same Embed Key works for every embeddable page. Each agent has their own key, and that key is tied to their own dashboard.
Find Your Embed Key
Your Embed Key is shown on your profile page:
- Log in to your Buying Buddy account.
- Go to .
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Dashboard Embed Key panel.
- Click the key field to copy your key to the clipboard.
Keep this key private. Your Embed Key provides direct access to your dashboard. Do not share it publicly or post it anywhere others can see it.
What You Can Embed
There are two embeddable dashboard pages. In each link, replace [your-key] with your actual Embed Key.
Primary Dashboard
Your main Buying Buddy dashboard:

A view showing just your lead summary. Use this if you want a second, separate menu item for leads:

Embed on Any Platform That Supports iframes
On most platforms (for example Wix), you add a page or menu item that loads one of the embed links above inside an iframe:
- Copy your Embed Key from your profile page (see above).
- Take the Primary Dashboard link and replace
[your-key]with your actual key. - In your platform, add an embed or iframe element - or a menu link set to open in an iframe - and paste the finished link as its address.
- Save and preview. Your dashboard loads directly, with no separate Buying Buddy login.
HighLevel Setup
In HighLevel you can add your Buying Buddy Dashboard as a menu item in the sidebar. The agency sets up a single menu link one time, and each agent supplies their own Embed Key so they see their own private dashboard.
How the key is handled in HighLevel: Do not paste your literal key into the menu link. The menu link uses a HighLevel Custom Value token, and each agent stores their own key in a Custom Value named buying_buddy_key in their sub-account. HighLevel then inserts the correct key automatically for each agent.

Sub-Account: Create a Custom Value
Each agent stores their own Embed Key
In your HighLevel sub-account, go to Settings > Custom Values and create a new custom value with these settings:
- Name: buying_buddy_key
- Value: Paste your Embed Key.
Done: Once saved, the Buying Buddy menu item added by your agency admin will automatically load your personal dashboard.

Agency View: Add Custom Menu Link(s)
Set up the sidebar menu item once
In HighLevel Agency View, go to Settings > Custom Menu Links and click Create New. Complete the form with these settings:
- Link Icon: we suggest "tachometer-alt"
- Link Title: Buying Buddy
- URL: paste the Dashboard Embed Link shown below
- When Clicked: select "Open in embedded iFrame"
- Sidebar Preference: select "Sub-Accounts only" - this prevents a broken link appearing in the Agency view, where no Custom Value exists

Repeat the steps above to add a second menu item for the Lead Summary view:

Same token for both: Both links use the same {{custom_values.buying_buddy_key}} token. Do not replace it with an actual key - HighLevel fills in each agent's key from their sub-account Custom Value.

Save and Test
Confirm the dashboard loads
Save the menu link. Switch into a sub-account and click the new Buying Buddy menu item in the HighLevel sidebar. Your dashboard should load automatically, without a separate Buying Buddy login.
Agency Admins - Rolling Out to Your Agents
Send each agent their setup instructions
Each agent needs to add their own Embed Key to their HighLevel sub-account (Step 1 above). You can copy the message below and paste it into an email to your agents.
Agent Instructions Message
Hi,
We've added a Buying Buddy Dashboard link to your HighLevel account. To activate it, you just need to add your personal Buying Buddy Embed Key to your HighLevel sub-account.
Step 1 - Get your Embed Key from Buying Buddy:
- Log in to your Buying Buddy account at leadsandcontacts.com
- Click Account in the top menu, and select My Profile
- Scroll to the bottom of the page - your Dashboard Embed Key is shown there
- Copy it
Step 2 - Add it to HighLevel:
- In your HighLevel account go to Settings > Custom Values
- Click Add Custom Value and create a new value with:
Name: buying_buddy_key
Value: Paste your Embed Key here - Save - the Buying Buddy menu link will now load your personal dashboard
Once saved, click the Buying Buddy menu item in your HighLevel sidebar to access your dashboard.
